Worst of Day: Nothing (again??!!)
Quote of Day: We clean our bikes on our rest days. Much discussion always takes place about the method you use, as well as when and how often you clean bikes, how often to pump tires, what lube to use on chain, etc. etc. etc. One fellow rider has a friend who says (and she demonstrated with my bike no less), "If you can pick up your bike 12 inches and drop it....it bounces and nothing falls off, you're good to go!"
