October 1 Day 7 Long Beach WA to Cannon Beach OR (50.5 miles)

Best of Day:  Meeting niece Natalie (Michalik Mount) for lunch!!  Beautiful walk on beach.  (see pictures)

Worst of Day:  Nothing!!  Weather spectacular with tail winds!

Quote of Day:  When I stopped to ask a utility maintenance person if I was still on Lewis & Clark Road and in 7 miles would make a turn onto Wahanna Road, he answered "you are on the right road, but you have to go over a mountain before you reach that intersection."
